galaxy nails tutorial
1. start with clean nails, filed to whatever shape you desire, then apply your basecoat. this time i used l’oreal base coat, but i usually use forte nail strengthener by cuccio 2. apply a coat of dark blue polish. i’ve used black before, but i personally think blue looks better. it doesn’t really matter if it’s not a perfect coat, you’re going to be hiding it after...
